However, the Flower Company disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. The Flower Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
- The Flower Company is not responsible for this site's accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this site has links. These links are provided for your convenience only.
- The Flower Company reserve the right to replace a gift with one of similar or higher retail cost, without notice, should the gift ordered be unavailable or out of stock.
- Any gift supplied by the Flower Company may not be an exact representation of the photograph shown on the web site, artistic representation can allow for changes in the design of the gift, however content will be similar.
- The Flower Company is not responsible for the gift after it has been delivered and therefore cannot accept responsibility for flowers which are poorly cared for.
- We supply flower food and a care instruction sheet which, when followed, will give the maximum longevity of the flowers supplied. However, should the gift arrive in poor condition, we will make every effort to replace the gift or refund monies as we find appropriate.
- The Flower Company cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage made whilst the recipient is placing flowers in their desired position.
- Although next day delivery is guaranteed, this is a guarantee placed on delivery by the couriers and as such the Flower Company is not responsible should a gift be delivered late or after the time frame laid down by the timed delivery service guaranteed by the courier. - Although every effort is made to make every customer happy, the Flower Company retain the right to disallow delivery of a gift should we find the message or gift inappropriate.
- The Flower Company carries a policy that the customer is always right, however in some circumstances the Flower Company retain the right to refuse any action which is not in the best interest of the Company or the individual client.
